The shapes are then joined to AS400 parcel data using the CAD ID of each parcel. This is an automated update which occurs nightly.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The parcels contain a large amount of data such as owner information, utility information such as move in date, year of structure, square footage, etc.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Parcels with multiple ownership, such as condominiums, show first owner of record only.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>When a property gets replatted the CAD # will say 'CAD PENDING' until we recieve the new CAD # from the appropriate Appraisal District.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
