Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Site Address Points, representing the building centroid, unless there are several points in a building footprint (such as apartments or commercial). Occasionally the point just represents the parcel centroid especially if nothing is developed on that lot. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Address Point data was derived from the following sources: </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>1. Converting exisiting parcels to their centroids </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>2. Sub Addresses were individually created for all units within apartment complexes, condominums, duplexes, etc. from various sources (apartment maps, field verification, etc.) </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>3. Addresses outside of Richardson - included for PD. These were generated from a 911 file so that specific out-of-city addresses could be geocoded. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>4. Address points continue to be added manually as new developments are built or new types of addresses need to be included. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The 'Demolished' unit type is retained for PD reference. Please note that this layer is not synchronized to any master address list in the AS400. At some future date, this link can hopefully be established via some common ID.
